About the event
Core Connect is everything you expect at the core of a Pilates & Pals event - movement, nourishment and connection. Your ticket includes a 45-minute pilates class, led by one of our talented instructors, catering to all fitness levels and pilates abilities. After your class, enjoy light snacks and refreshments while connecting with fellow Pilates friends in a relaxed, welcoming community. All you need to bring is yourself and your willingness to have a conversation with a stranger!
