About the event

If you've ever stood in the studio observing your clients and wondering why one client seemingly finds an exercise not challenging enough and another finds the exact same move impossible, this seminar is for you!

This workshop is about understanding the biomechanics of exercises you're probably already adjusting in every class and why changing them makes an exercise feel completely different. No prior science background needed.

By the end, you'll be able to:

  • Spot which physical qualities an exercise is actually challenging (strength, stability, balance, coordination, and more)

  • Understand the aspects of an exercise you can adjust to create variable change for more/less challenge

  • Look at any exercise and identify where the challenge lies
